rclone-hermes is a private, single-user setup of rclone, the open-source file sync tool. Its owner uses it to move files between their own computer and their own server through a folder in their own Google Drive.
It is not a public service. Nobody else signs in to it, and it is not offered to other users.
It uses the Google Drive API with the drive.file scope only, so it can reach only the files and folders it created itself.
